Our six-step process ensures that you know exactly what you are getting before committing to the project and you can be certain that the results will match your expectations.
Step 1. Defining the project We will first discuss with you what information you are interested in and work with you to establish the project parameters, clear goals and deliverables. After an internal review discussion we might get back to you to resolve any grey areas
Step 2. Submitting a proposal A proposal will be submitted to you - with no obligation - explaining the research mix, the expected results, the cost breakdown and the project's duration. At this stage, you will be able to determine whether we have fully understood your needs or might have to redefine the project.
Step 3. Internal Kickoff and Information collection Once you have agreed to go ahead, an experienced Research Manager will kick off the project internally. All team members will be fully briefed and instructed on the objectives of the research program. The information collection will be started by an internal audit where the existing knowledge, primary and secondary research methods are evaluated to find the best approach for this project.
Step 4. Processing While gathering the information, we constantly assess the sources as well as the information to ensure an alignment with the project objectives.
Step 5. Analysis Depending on the project we use different analysis methods like: SWOT analysis, Competitor Profiling, Benchmarking etc, based on the slogan: "Intelligence is information that has been analyzed to the POINT where it CAN be used to support a decision" (Michael A. Sandman).
Step 6. Deliverables The last step is the presentation and/or an Executive Summary. In case you choose an ongoing Competitive Intelligence program we will modify the structure or objectives after each deliverable if necessary.
